Thursday Thunks: Heatwave

1. The temperature in Mooseheadville, Canada was 34 below. Most of the U.S. is in a serious heat wave. In Connecticut, it was 92 degrees in the shade. What do YOU do to beat the heat? This summer I am staying in my air conditioning or going out to sit in my icicle pool.

2. What is your favorite summertime song? Boys of Summer

3. Besides nude beaches what's your favorite outdoor summer activity? Napping in the hammock.

4. I'm inviting everyone to a cook-out with Kimber and Berleen. What should I cook for you? Chicken kabobs or dirt pudding.

5. When selecting your swimwear do you go for sexy or practical? Practical. I am much to fat to care about being sexy. Plus the only people who see me in my bathing suit are my family since I wont leave the yard unless properly covered.

6. Back in the day, did you ever have a summer fling? If yes, do tell. (Names not required.) Nah. Too hot to have to much fun.

7. Do you know anyone who hates air conditioning? If yes, what is their reasoning? I am not partial to air conditioning. I wish I didnt have to use it. It makes me feel claustrophobic but I dont feel like sweating to death or breeding fleas so AC it is.
8. When and with who was your last skinny dip? Never. I dont go in the water very often and I def. dont go out in public naked.

9. How sick of LeBron James are you? Not so much I dont care for basketball.
10. When you were a kid, what was your best summer? Ah the summer I was sixteen. So long ago a whole ten years. Back when I was carefree.

11. Belly up to the bar. We serve ANYTHING. It's 100 degrees. What should we pour for you? A Pepsi.

12. Is there a favorite meal that you like to have in the summer? Yeah. Free. And delivered. But thats always what I want.
13. Do you think they will solve the oil spill in time for the Gulf states to enjoy summer? Nope not a chance they'll be lucky if they can swim next summer.
