I have fallen behind in my food and gym posts. Partly because I am lazy and my brain is tired and partly because I came home yesterday to find our internet and phone service was out. And this time it wasn't because we didn't pay the bill! The stupid modem is broken and needs to see the Comcast doctor. So here goes nothing. This is only a guestimation because I cant remember what I ate, so I may be completely missing stuff.
Saturday, May 1st....
Gym:
Half hour on the treadmill, slowly
15 minutes on the bike, slowly.
Food:
Carnation Instant Breakfast with whole milk
3 hot dogs with American cheese and buns
A cheeseburger
Sunday, May 2nd...
I cant remember many specifics of this day. I had lunch with the Cantor at Sam Diego's where I tried guacamole, Ive never had that before and half a cheese burger. I know I went to the gym after lunch but not for long. After that I went to visit Mum at the shop where she sold me vegetables, that I went home and planted. I ended up covered in dirt and squito bites. I wish I could remember more about Sunday.
Monday, May 3rd....
Gym:
I dragged Colleen off the the gym at 7am so we could learn how to use the weights properly, that took about an hour.
After work I went back and did a half hour on the treadmill, half hour on weights, and 3 whole minutes on the rowing machine.
Food:
Ham and cheese on a croissant from Dunkin Donuts
2 Ham and cheese sandwiches with miracle whip
3 bottles of Water
Pepsi
Tuesday, May 4th....
Gym:
None.
Food:
1/2 Turkey Club shared with Vanessa
2 Double cheeseburgers from McDonald's
Large Fries from McDonald's
Medium Vanilla Shake from McDonald's
2 Pepsi's
I will admit, not the best few days of my life. But its been a very stressful week. I plan on doing a lot better next week. Especially by keeping a hand written food diary that actually shows portions, not this general stuff I am doing now. And also keeping more exact track of what I am doing at the gym. Its too hard to try and remember everything at the end of the day.
